Courier Company

A courier company was making a delivery when they were involved in a road traffic accident. Within 48 hours, MCM had reported the incident to the Insurer, arranged for the vehicle to be repaired, and for a courtesy car to be put into place, in order that the Insured could continue trading. MCM pursued the recovery of uninsured losses (such as policy excess) to a successful conclusion.

Haulage Company

Following an employee not adhering to strict Fire Safety Protocols a Haulage Company suffered a substantial fire. MCM immediately reported  Loss Adjustor who visited the Insured premises the following day, alongside an MCM Claims representative. Without delay temporary premises were arranged and MCM in conjunction with the Loss Adjustor negotiated settlement, including interim payments to enable operations to continue. Settlement was paid at £135,000, putting the Insured back into the position they were in prior to the event.
