Publicity Heaven works with small UK businesses that have a problem getting into the media.
We're not a full service PR agency. That means you don't pay costly retainers or inflated fees. Instead you buy value for money fixed price publicity services.
The business is owned and run by expert former journalists, led by managing director Paul Green. We understand the media inside out. Between us, we've done loads of different things - writing, reporting, presenting, newsreading, and editing.
We believe publicity is a vital part of your marketing mix to help your business grow. We're passionate about publicity in every way.
This is our mission : Make it easy and affordable for every small business in the UK to grow using free publicity (and have some fun on the way).

5 STEP PUBLICITY PROCESS
Step 1: What do you want to achieve?
The best publicity is there to support a specific goal. Do you want to raise awareness of your brand? Drive traffic to your website? What kind of media do you want to be featured in - local papers and radio; trade magazines; or something else entirely?
Whatever your goal is, it will heavily influence the publicity that is put together for you.
Step 2: Story suggestions
Based on your goal, we will put together story suggestions for you. Each will be fully explained. And if you don't like them, no problems, we'll come up with some more!
Step 3: Write press release
The press release is your main weapon in presenting stories to journalists. We'll write one in the format preferred by most UK newsrooms. It will fully explain the story to the journalist, plus tell them how to contact someone for more information, and who is willing to be interviewed.
Step 4. The final check
Just before the press release is sent out, we'll do a final spelling and grammar check, and get a final OK from you. At all times, you retain 100% control over communications from your business.
Step 5. Distribution and contact handling
If you have opted for the distribution option, we will distribute the release for you. Distribution is electronic, direct to the inboxes of the media identified in step 1.
If you haven't opted for distribution, you will get a PDF copy of the release to send out yourself.
Either way, we recommend the press release is put onto your website. This is good for SEO (search engine optimisiation) and keeping your customers informed what you are up to.
If you have opted for the contact handling option, we will handle and deal with all incoming enquiries from the media and give you a contact summary report.
