Split Office Difficulties Resolved

Staff split between office locations can create lots of difficulties. This was true for Approved Health & Safety Executive Trainers, Nuco Training Limited based in St Austell in Cornwall. With staff split between 2 offices communication was difficult, data sharing problematic and working practices inconsistent.
Support U Limited, an IT service and support specialist reviewed Nuco Training Limited’s IT set up and recommended that they install a Small Business Server and Terminal Server.
“Both servers were installed within a day and we were able to immediately see the benefits. It enabled us to regulate working practices between offices and to promote a consistent corporate image. Support U Awarded 2nd Microsoft Competency

Microsoft has awarded Support U Limited with the Information Worker Solutions competency.
This competency recognises their proven skills in providing Desktop Deployment Solutions to customers wishing to upgrade to the latest version of programs in the Microsoft Office System.
This is the second competency awarded to Support U Limited. In 2004 Microsoft awarded them the Networking Infrastructure Solutions Competency which recognised their proven expertise in the design, deployment and customisation of networking infrastructure solutions using Windows Server 2003 and Windows Small Business Server 2003.
