About us


Qbase are a Marketing Services company, operating in Europe, (head quartered in Warrington, England) and North America, (head quartered in Ohio, USA). We manage data from around the world and have provided data solutions since 1988. The services we provide can be categorized as follows:

We employ 25 staff in the UK and 30 in the USA. Our staff are our biggest asset and they set Qbase apart from our competition. All of the senior management have joined Qbase from client-side roles, meaning that they have real knowledge, experience and understanding of our Client’s requirements.

ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard: Qbase is fully accredited by the British Standards Institute. All projects are managed under our formal project management structure using the Qbase extranet as the project management resource allocation and project status monitoring tool. The extranet allows us to place daily progress updates on each project task and also to raise non-conformities and corrective action requests in the event of project delay or process failure. We also use a formal change management process to manage the process of specification change. All Clients have full, transparent access to the Extranet in order to manage and overview their projects.
