About us


OMS provides training and managed consultancy services to the transport, utility, motor, drainage, construction, public, waste, re-cycling, manufacturing, food processing, charity, voluntary and professional services. The range of services we provide are in the fields of Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality, and Environment.

ISO 9001: 2000 - Quality Management Systems 
OMS became certified to ISO 9001: 2000 by the British Standards Institute [BSI] in 2005. The scope of our certification covers “Consultancy and Training Services”. Being certified to ISO 9001 helps OMS demonstrate that we have excellent management controls in place to ensure that we carry out consultancy and training in a competent and controlled manner.
 
Investor in People [IiP] 
OMS became a certified Investor in People  in 2003. Being an Investor in People allows OMS in informing, communicating with and developing our staff and associates, to allow us to constantly improve our skills and learning and ultimately the service to our clients. to demonstrate that we invest time and money In a recent IiP Assessment Report the assessor reported:  "This is a very dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation in which the Directors fully understand the need for well-informed and highly skilled people.  Learning and development is central to the services that they offer and also to the culture that has been developed".
