CRM4Business

CRM4Business was founded by 2 CRM consultants who recognised that although CRM had become a major industry buzz word, individuals’ understanding of what it was and what it could deliver encompassed a huge range of beliefs.  At the same time, the media was widely portraying the high % of CRM projects that had failed, giving the impression that CRM had been over hyped, was difficult to implement and would be unlikely to deliver a Return on Investment. 

 CRM4Business firmly believed that CRM solutions could be easily implemented to time and budget, and deliver the required benefits and payback, providing the project was scoped and visualised accurately in the first place.  The company places a strong emphasis on due diligence to ensure that the right system dependencies are in place, and constantly looks for ways of being innovative and inventive.

 The company works with products from a number of software vendors aimed at the SME marketplace; it is both a Maximizer and Sage Business Partner.  While some user requirements have been met by simply installing out-of-the-box software, other implementations have been far more complex and required the development of specific customisations and interfaces to other applications.   Installation sizes have varied from 5 to over 100 users.

 In addition to understanding CRM, the company has networking and infrastructure expertise.  It has been able to act as a one stop shop for the majority of its customers, and also provides a more comprehensive outsourced solution for smaller customers which includes full IT and network infrastructure support.

 CRM4Business is regarded by its customers as being highly responsive and totally reliable.  The business has grown significantly and in 2006 it opened a new Head Office in Derby, to operate alongside the existing offices in Nottingham and Sheffield.  It has a customer base that extends across the Midlands to N. Yorkshire covering a number of vertical market sectors.
