A ‘vicious circle’ of debilitating symptoms had emerged from our thorough investigation. Over 13 directors and managers received mentoring and coaching to rectify deficiencies in their management/leadership skills, business knowledge and attitudes. - A British market leader in environmental control equipment lacked clear vision and strategic direction. With 250 staff, they had suffered from ‘blame’ culture, poor communications, inefficient processes and archaic management skills. Over 80 problematic areas were identified. 360 degree feedback, coaching and interactive discussions were used to help revitalise the organisation. By adopting various innovative solutions, significant improvements were made to their structure, QC, sales, customer focus and corporate direction.
